Wytwórnia Ślubów was established in 2010 and deals with the organisation of wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions – we can safely say that we are a creative team that organises unique wedding projects.
From the very beginning of the company’s existence, our mission is to make your Wedding Day one of a kind. We make every effort to ensure that the organisation itself and cooperation with us was a beautiful journey. The goal of this common journey is the dream Wedding Day. Together, we will make sure that the day is full of unforgettable moments, primarily for you, but also for your loved ones. Our agency consists of 4 women and a common passion for organising weddings:
Kornelia Bernacka, Magdalena Zięba-Wypych, Agnieszka Kudela and Bogna Bojanowska, who are supported by a team of Coordinators in a given region. You will find our branches in Wrocław, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Katowice and also Kraków.
We can safely say that work is our passion because we have one of the most grateful professions in the world.

We have been building our wedding experience and opinion in the wedding industry for nearly 10 years. In addition, every day we improve our knowledge and achieve perfection in the wedding organisation. Wytwórnia Ślubów® was founded in 2010, but each of us had also been intensively building our professionalism before, working in hotels and catering companies in Poland, but also abroad. In 2006, we were the first in Poland to run the Wedding Portal on-line PobieramySię.
We always organise each wedding reception in cooperation with the most outstanding subcontractors. We work together to create wedding trends and a new quality in the wedding industry.
Thanks to the acquired knowledge and skills, we have been successfully running Akademia Wytwórnia Ślubów® since 2015. This is where we train future wedding consultants and we can boast that our course is one of the most frequently chosen in Poland. Check out the Wedding Planner Course.

How do we work?
For many couples, the very process of organisation can be tiring and even overwhelming. We approach each couple with empathy and make sure that the wedding preparations are pleasant, organised and exciting.
We are flexible, we take care of the smallest detail, allowing your wedding dreams to come true. The implementation itself would not be possible without cooperation with a well-coordinated team of subcontractors, whom we have been verifying and with whom we have been working for several years.
Our tasks include wedding logistics, but we always make sure that each event has an individual character. Because every love story deserves its own five minutes. Together with the bride and groom and wedding professionals, we create an original, consistent and elegant dream-tailored wedding.

Organising a wedding is a challenge for the uninitiated, and your peace of mind is our priority, so you must feel that we have control over everything. With you in mind, we have created and provide you with a tool for planning your wedding online, unique on the Polish market.
“Couples Zone” is a collection of all offers, contracts, receipts, transfer confirmations, contractors, settlements, documents, as well as tables, cost estimates and schedules, to the most important document – the scenario of the Wedding Day. Thanks to it, we all have access to the comprehensive planning process at any time from anywhere in the world.
We will help you organise the wedding and reception, and if you wish, we will even organise everything for you.
We will prepare a plan tailored to your dreams and financial possibilities, and then we will implement it.
We are always there when you need us!
We start each wedding preparation with getting to know the Bride and Groom well, their preferences, tastes and expectations.
We will not ask you to complete rigid questionnaires. We invite you to a meeting in a place where you will feel comfortable, to get to know you better drinking some good coffee.
If you live far away, new technologies come to our aid. Meeting on Skype or WhatsApp is also possible. We always make sure that you can tell us more about your wedding wishes, no matter where you meet.
Are you staying abroad? Do you care about time?
We have been organising remote weddings for many years and this has become our speciality. Our clients live in different places around the world, we always make sure that the comfort of cooperation is at the highest level.
To facilitate communication, we have created our proprietary tool “Zone for Couples”. It is an online communication channel that allows you to store offers, arrangements and important documents in one place. You will no longer have to search your e-mails and print them.
Together, we will manage the organisation, but also plan wedding activities so as to organise the Day of Your Dreams with minimal contact. Here, too, Skype and WhatsApp come to our aid.
The first interview
This is one of the most important stages of cooperation. It is during this conversation that we will check if we have a positive flow to each other. It is also during this meeting that we will have the opportunity to get to know you better, ask about your wedding expectations and dreams. We will also successfully define the scope of our support.
We do not have ready-made services, because you are so special that the scope of our tasks is tailored to your expectations and possibilities.
After the conversation, we will be able to prepare a cooperation proposal for you. Planning such an important moment in life requires great attention to detail and mastery, and in these areas we do well.

We organise wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions mainly in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, we are mobile, so we can easily meet in both Wrocław and cities such as Jelenia Góra or Wałbrzych.
